Delivery

How it works in the bowels of the warehouse:

If the item you order is in stock then it will be despatched within 24 hours. If for some strange reason - and it will be strange - the item is not in stock we will give you an estimated availability date (or offer you an alternative of course)

All UK orders - £4.95
They will be sent using Recorded Delivery through the Post Office.
Please allow 2-3 days for delivery.

Orders over £95 - will be FREE delivery to UK addresses only, also sent Recorded Delivery though the Post Office so again, please allow 2-3 days.

UK Express Courier Delivery - £7.50
if you order before 1pm Monday - Thursday then delivery will be next day via UPS (provided you are in to sign for it of course, or you have a helpful neighbour.)
If you order on Thursday after 1pm or Friday, Saturday or Sunday then goods will be shipped on the Monday for a Tuesday Delivery (providing the item is in stock of course)
This is on UK mainland orders only.

Orders sent to all BFPO addresses will be sent FREE of Charge - always.

For Overseas orders we use the Post Office:

For Deliveries to the rest of the EU - £12.00 cost. Please allow 1 week.

For Deliveries to the Rest of The World - £20.00 cost. Please allow up to 2 weeks.

We do not ship via courier outside the UK - if you really need it urgently then we can quote you and you can pay over the telephone.

VAT

If we are delivering your order to a destination outside of the EU, UK tax (@20% of the retail value) will be deducted off the total purchase price automatically (delivery costs not included).

Please be aware that this won't display on the site until you reach the checkout page.

Returns:

All UK returns will come back through the Royal Mail at our cost - you will find a returns label in your parcel.

For returns from Europe or The Rest of the World we do not pay return postage.
